I have lived in the Southwest Colorado for eight years. I originally came to Telluride Colorado as a Manager in a hospitality firm. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida I followed my grandfather into the real estate business. He and my father developed small commercial properties in Tampa and Jacksonville. I soon switched careers and started to develop income producing properties here in Southwest Colorado. I have started very small with individual SFR rental units and have moved into land development and retail/commercial income producing properties. My favorite part of the business is when Clients become friends.
I received my B.A. in Business at Georgia Southern University. (North of Savannah and a I-AA football powerhouse) I love Real Estate, I simply eat and breath it, however when I am away from the office I am usually skiing or rock climbing in beautiful Telluride Colorado. I am an avid river boatsman and my latest love is a new extreme sport called Canyoneering. A hard worker must also play hard or it catches up with you.
